What is Culturally Biased?

Culturally Biased is the attempt to re-frame the perception of culturally biased being something negative and instead, highlighting what it actually means to be biased culturally. It is our goal to enlighten, empower, educate and engage readers and viewers on the Black experience from the vantage point of Black people living in our society.
